How many participants are in a class ?
Ans: There is a max of 8-10 people in a class in order to provide more individual attention and maintain good quality so you get the most out of your training.

When can i join a Kettlebell class ?
Ans: Just contact us through our website Facebook or telephone and we will make every effort to facilitate you in one of our classes.

What do i bring to a class ?
Ans: Wear suitable clothing, gym shoes, water and a towel and we will take care or the rest.

Does ROD Fitness do memberships ?
Ans: No we don’t do memberships in the same way as other gyms. We take care of our clients through our organised classes either one to one or small groups and give detailed instruction and motivation.

Does ROD Fitness cater for older people ?
Ans: At ROD Fitness we tailor our training to suit the client so everybody works as a pace and intensity that suits them. We are planning morning training for the over 50/60’s in near future so keep in contact with our website and facebook page.

Do you have someone who treats injuries ?
Ans: Yes ROD is located in the same location as O’Donoghue Clinic which has over 25  experience in helping people recover from all types of sports injuries, back problems etc.
