ROD Fitness is a state of the art personal training studio/gym based in Knocklyon, Dublin 16 which caters for one-to-one personal training, as well as small-group fitness classes (kettle-bell and core strength building) catering for all age groups. We emphasis individual attention, motivation and most of all enjoyment of exercise. Our aim is to increase awareness in health and fitness. We want to our clients to achieve their goals in Health and fitness! We focus on weight loss, fitness and body shape, kettle-bell training and personal nutrition and eating plans.
